I took my first mortgage through Gavin in 2014 and had done remortgage multiple times. In 2021 moved into another property by converting existing mortgage into BTL and did BTL remortgage in 2023 through him.
Not even given a thought to go to another mortgage advisor as applying through him is stress free. Once we submit the documents he asks on first day of assessment, we can relax on mortgage perspective as he finds the best suitable mortgage and very minimal/no queries until formal mortgage offer.
Couple of times he and his team followed up with solicitors and bank when things moved bit slow.
