Pre-qualification

One of our experienced and qualified advisers will discuss with you your situation and future plans in more detail and advise of any additional information/documentation that is required to carry out a thorough search of the market.

Recommendations

Following their research, your designated adviser will present and discuss their tailored recommendations with you. This will include details of rates and any associated fees that may apply.

Agreement in Principle

If you are happy with the recommendations that you have discussed with your adviser they can request an agreement in principle to give you the reassurances that all should be approved once you apply for your mortgage.

Application

When you’re ready to proceed your adviser will submit the full application to your chosen lender. At this stage the lender will assess any supporting documentation requested and make any necessary arrangements for the property valuation/survey.

Mortgage Offer

Once the lender confirms that they are satisfied with the property and they are happy with the documentation provided, the formal mortgage offer will be issued. This confirms their willingness to lend. A copy of this will also be sent directly to the acting solicitor.

Offer / Pre-completion

Now you have the reassurance that your mortgage is formally approved your lender, your dedicated adviser will discuss with you any possible insurance and protection needs and make any recommendations and arrangements for you and your family.

Completion

Once your solicitor has finalised the necessary legal matters and all parties are ready, you can look to arrange your actual completion date! The solicitor will then make the necessary arrangements to request the funds.

Post Completion

As part of our bespoke mortgage service, our team will contact you again nearing the expiry of your mortgage deal to ensure that you are always set up on the most appropriate product and best rate for your needs.
