Role & Experience: Jenna is the Director of Business Operations for The Residential Mortgage Hub. Jenna helps to organise and implement structure into the day to day running of the office to ensure that it operates at maximum efficiency and productivity. Jenna has many years of administration and compliance experience and likes to know things are done to the best of her ability.

Gavin Carley
Co-partner and Director of Mortgages & Business Development

Role & Experience: Gavin, co-partner at The Residential Mortgage Hub, has over 20 years of experience in mortgage advice. Grounded in trust, integrity, and a strict code of conduct, Gavin is committed to delivering high-quality outcomes for clients. Following the merger of his previous company, Mortgage Marketing Solutions, as well as continuing to provide Mortgage advice, Gavin now also focuses on developing and growing The Residential Mortgage Hub. Outside of work, Gavin is a dedicated husband and a proud father to his daughters
