Jenna helps to organise and implement structure into the day to day running of the office to ensure that it operates at maximum efficiency and productivity. Jenna has many years of administration and compliance experience and likes to know things are done to the best of her ability.

Role & Experience: Gavin is Co-Partner and Director of Mortgages & Business Development at The Residential Mortgage Hub, with over 25 years’ experience in mortgage advice and business development. Having previously built and directed Mortgage Marketing Solutions, Gavin merged with The Residential Mortgage Hub in 2024 as an equal partner. He brings extensive experience in growing and managing a successful mortgage business, while continuing to provide high-quality mortgage advice to clients. Gavin is responsible for overseeing mortgage advice standards, supporting business growth, developing adviser relationships, and helping to shape the strategic direction of the company. He plays an active role in maintaining high client service standards, ensuring advice is delivered with integrity, professionalism, and in line with the firm’s commitment to achieving positive client outcomes.
