Tom Earl is a Mortgage & Protection Specialist at The Residential Mortgage Hub, with a particular focus on helping contractors find mortgage solutions that suit the way they work and earn.
Alongside his contractor expertise, Tom advises clients on residential mortgages, including first-time purchases, home moves and remortgages. He also provides protection advice, helping clients consider how best to protect themselves, their families and their mortgage.
Tom holds the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) and was named a finalist in the L&G Mortgage Club Rising Star in the Industry Award 2026, recognising emerging talent within the mortgage industry.
His approach is focused on providing clear, straightforward advice and guiding clients through the mortgage process from initial enquiry through to completion.
Tom is a qualified mortgage and protection adviser with a particular focus on residential mortgages, contractor mortgages and protection. Before moving into mortgage advice, Tom built extensive experience in client-facing, account management and sales roles, giving him a strong background in understanding individual client needs and providing tailored solutions.
