This wasn’t a straightforward case, larger loan, tight timescales, and a completion date I really needed to hit, and he handled all of it calmly and kept me in the loop at every stage. What I appreciated most was that he actually looked out for us. When rates moved in our favour close to completion he sorted a switch to the better rate without me even having to chase it.
